No questions asked if returned within the first 30 days!

All return requests must be made within 30 days of the date on the invoice for full credit.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged if the return is less than the 1/2 or 1dz. package depending on how the merchandise is sold.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged if the store has placed their own prices on the product.
An additional 15% will be charged if the merchandise is returned after the 30 days.

All returns must be made in writing:
There are no exceptions. Until a written request is obtained, no call tag will be issued to pick up a return. You may fax or mail your return requests. The written request must obtain the following information:

Reason for return
Date of invoice as well as invoice #
Style #, color, size, and the quantity they are returning
Contact name and phone number
